NP/FNP with PA license
Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), which are community-based, non-profit organizations that provide a full range of primary and preventive healthcare to their communities
Performs examinations and formulates treatment of patients including appropriate history, physical examinations laboratory and other diagnostic testing and referrals as necessary.
