We find the right fit for facilities and for clinicians by prescreening prospective candidates and truly understanding what qualifies as the right fit on both sides to ensures that you qualified, motivated candidates are matched with facilities that can provide the right opportunity.

Who We Help

We help facilities find candidates who are Psychiatrists, PsyDs, Nurse Practitioners, and LCSWs. FCS is so confident in our ability to solve your problems, that we do not charge a fee unless we place a behavioral health specialist at your facility.
