Primary Care Physician BC/BE needed at an innovative integrated primary care, addictions, and mental health treatment center. Practice within a Patient Centered Medical Home model. Medical Degree and MA License required. Previous experience in ambulatory care clinic preferred. This position provides great pay and full benefits! This facility qualifies for loan repayment programs.
