Job Description
A full-service, multi-specialty Community Health Center seeks a permanent, full-time PMHNP. Under the general direction of the supervising physician, the Medical Director and CHC Family Health Center coordinates the comprehensive health care needs of the specific patient population and provides appropriate direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of specific conditions. Participates in educational and research activities of the department.
